Our Mission
More than half of Colorado households are “rent-burdened” spending nearly a third of their income on housing. Further, a quarter are “severely rent-burdened” spending half of their income on rent.
These rent burdens lead to housing instability, homelessness, displacement, poverty, educational underachievement, poorer health outcomes, and hardship.
True prosperity and equity are only possible when there is ample housing affordability. Our mission is to provide innovative and scalable solutions to help solve the ongoing housing affordability crisis.
Partnership Opportunities
Investors
Our projects deliver an attractive risk profile to potential investors while delivering a double bottom line; social impact and strong financial returns.
Landowners
We provide landowners the opportunity to sell directly, eliminating or reducing brokerage fees.
We also utilize a “fee development” model allowing landowners to retain ownership of their land and share in the redevelopment profits.
Joint Development
Goshen development will consider partnering with market-rate projects to implement affordability and create mixed-income communities.
Philanthropic Partners
We seek strategic partnerships with philanthropic organizations to deepen affordability, provide services for our residents, and further our mission.
Municipal Partners
We work closely with municipal partners to meet affordability goals, satisfy development priorities, and create equitable communities.
Advocacy
We are advocates of affordable housing seeking to support the expansion of affordable housing programs in order to meet the growing need.
